On-Demand Pay is Gaining More Global Ground
On April 17, the United States House Financial Services Committee (HSFC) pushed forward the “Earned Wage Access (EWA) Consumer Protection Act,” which aims to provide a regulatory framework and establish consumer protections for services that offer workers access to their salaries (on-demand pay) before their scheduled pay cycle.
