What is Multi-Organization?
Earnipay’s multi-organization feature allows users (employers) with more than one business or subsidiary to easily manage their multi-business. They can access these business profiles from one dashboard without creating new Earnipay accounts.
The different forms of Earnipay’s Multi-Organization
We understand that there are different peculiarities to having multiple businesses and have catered to these various peculiarities with these features:
New Business Same Manager: This is when an employer has an entirely different company with a different registration number from the company already on earnipay. Still, they are the same manager in both companies. With this feature, the employer can use their login details to toggle between business dashboards to have an overview of everything.
NB: The employer can do this for as many businesses as they manage.
New Business Different Manager: This is when an employer has an entirely different company with a separate registration number from the company already on earnipay. The employer wants to assign another person to manage the new company’s dashboard. With this feature, the employer can set up the new company on earnipay and appoint a manager to spearhead it.
NB: The employer can toggle to view the company created as they are recognised as the owner. 
Duplicate Business Different Manager: This is when an employer wants to add a subsidiary business that uses the exact registration details as the parent company and wants a different manager to manage these separate subsidiaries. With this feature, the employer can duplicate the registration details of his current company and create a duplicate business and assign it to a new manager.
NB: As a duplicate business, the new manager will not be able to make edits to any of the registration details. That right is solely reserved for the employer that created the business.
